Congratultions on your decision to beging your new Medical Career.  To get started, simply fill out and submit the application below.  Once your application is accepted, you will recieve a welcome letter and group invite into the StoneyBrook Medical School Student Group and pay your tuition at that time.  All fees must be paid prior to the first day of class.  PLEASE NOTE:  Informtion on the appropriate Medical HUDS and other items will be available on location and you will learn more about that on your first day fo classes.
